Regenify Health is an independent wellness technology centre in Harpenden, run by Helen and Richie. With Helen’s background and degree in Nutritional Therapy and a shared curiosity about emerging wellness technologies, Regenify grew from a desire to make something different more accessible locally.

At the heart of Regenify is the Human Regenerator™, a full-body, non-invasive wellness technology. You simply lie comfortably on an open bed while the technology operates around you, with no enclosed chamber, heat or physical manipulation. We also offer Firefly Light Therapy, which uses red light therapy, alongside blue and infrared light at different frequencies.

We run the centre personally and want every visit to feel relaxed, friendly and never clinical or intimidating. Whether you’ve been exploring wellness technology for years or are simply curious about something a little different, we’ll talk you through what we offer and give you the space to experience it for yourself. Relax. Recharge. Regenerate.
