It started with my mum’s clinic.
She runs Ginger Natural Health in St Albans. Reception was spending a couple of hours every evening working out which payments went with which bookings. Three systems open, none of them talking to each other, printouts and a highlighter. I built them something to fix it. It’s one screen now, the payments match themselves, and that’s about fifteen hours a week nobody has to spend.
Turns out plenty of businesses round here have a version of the same problem, and it isn’t always about payments. Reminders you send one at a time. The month-end numbers you pull together from four different places. Chasing a quote, updating stock, asking for reviews, keeping a waiting list, answering the phone while you’ve got a customer stood in front of you. If it’s the same handful of steps over and over, it can usually be handed to something else.
So that’s what I do. I build software that takes those jobs off you, made to fit the way your day already runs. Some of it uses AI. Most of it is just joining up things you’re already paying for.
It’s only me, so if you get in touch you’re speaking to whoever ends up building it. And if you’re not sure whether any of it applies to you, just ask. Sometimes the answer’s no and you’re better off leaving things as they are.
